Rave Racer, the last major arcade title in the Ridge Racer series, is making its long-awaited debut on home consoles, marking a significant moment for retro gaming enthusiasts. Scheduled for release on February 26, this classic from 1995 will be available on multiple platforms, including the Switch 2 and Xbox Series X/S, thanks to the efforts of Hamster Corporation, which has been diligently reviving Namco’s early polygonal arcade games. Originally, Rave Racer was intended to receive a home port, but plans were scrapped, leading to the release of Rage Racer on the PS1 instead.
