Nintendo has marked the 25th anniversary of its beloved Animal Crossing series with a delightful surprise for players of New Horizons. To celebrate this milestone, the company has rolled out update 3.0.2, which not only fixes various bugs but also gifts players a commemorative Leaf Statue, reminiscent of the original Dbutsu no Mori game that first graced the Nintendo 64 in 2001. In addition to the in-game gift, Nintendo has also released new music for its Nintendo Music app, featuring the soundtrack from the original GameCube version of Animal Crossing.
